NI Biology Tutor collects only the information needed to answer enquiries and provide tuition.
Enquiry and provisional-enrolment forms may collect parent contact details, a student’s first name and year group, requested class, current and target grades, and information relevant to arranging tuition. Provisional reservations and their progress are stored securely for class administration. The customer portal uses the customer’s email address to authenticate access to tuition resources.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, recommend suitable tuition, manage bookings, provide the agreed service and control access to customer-only resources. Portal authentication does not enrol someone in marketing.
Information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to host the website, deliver messages or process agreed payments.
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, tuition relationship, safeguarding, accounting or another legal requirement.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to any information that must be retained by law. Biology advice and promotional emails are sent only where the separate optional marketing box is selected, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
