NI Biology Tutor collects only the information needed to answer enquiries and provide tuition.
Enquiry forms may collect parent contact details, a student’s first name and year group, and information relevant to arranging tuition. Resource-library signup collects a name, email address, requested resource level and consent choices.
Information is used to respond to enquiries, recommend suitable tuition, manage bookings, provide the agreed service and deliver requested resource-library access. Resource access does not automatically enrol someone in marketing.
Information is not sold. It is shared only with service providers needed to host the website, deliver messages or process agreed payments.
Information is kept only for as long as it is needed for the enquiry, tuition relationship, safeguarding, accounting or another legal requirement.
You may ask to access, correct or delete your information, subject to any information that must be retained by law. Biology advice and promotional emails are sent only where the separate optional marketing box is selected, and consent may be withdrawn at any time.
