Missed sessions are not normally refundable because places are limited. Exceptional circumstances may be considered.

Group tuition is normally sold in six-week blocks and payment is made in advance. A submitted enquiry does not guarantee that a group is confirmed. Payment arrangements are confirmed directly with parents after a suitable place has been agreed.

Students may receive short retrieval, practice or exam-question tasks to consolidate the lesson.

Parents can receive brief progress updates covering attendance, engagement, topics, strengths and next steps.

It identifies strengths, areas for improvement and the most suitable tuition option. It does not create an obligation to buy tuition.

Lessons are not routinely recorded. Any recording would require clear consent and appropriate safeguarding arrangements.

Parents or guardians are the primary contacts, secure online links may use waiting rooms or passwords, and professional boundaries are maintained.

Optional one-to-one tuition may be available for GCSE, AS and A2 students depending on timetable capacity. A more expensive alternative will never be applied without parental agreement.
